Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for doing business with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. 

Eligible Returns:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days. 
• The product is in new condition, isn’t used or damaged. 
• Must have proof of purchase.
• A 10% re-stocking fee applies on all returns. 
• Customization charges, such as special powder coating or commemorative inserts, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible of all shipping charges. 

Please contact us with your full name, invoice number and contact information to return a product, along with the reason for your return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking information upon returning the product to Bent and Twisted Fabrication. Refunds will be issued upon the arrival and inspection of the product and can be denied upon inspection of the returned product if it is determined that the customer is responsible for defects. 

Terms of Warranty:

Bent and Twisted Fabrication stands behind the manufacturing of our products. Each product we offer is backed by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes powder coat defects, as our products are made for the purpose of protecting the plastic on your machine and your product may incur damage to the powder coat upon rubbing of rocks, trees, etc.
